With my son getting his first car, we needed to shop around for some low cost car insurance that we can afford.

I know that new, young male drivers cost more on the insurance charts, but I had no idea how much more. Since I told my son that he would have to be responsible for paying for his own insurance, and that it would definitely go up if had speeding tickets or accidents, he was as eager for a good deal as I was. After shopping and comparing, we finally settled on a company that will “forgive” one accident or ticket. I didn’t mention that part to my son. Hopefully he won’t need it.
