Customized Solutions By Training Department
January 31st, 2010 . by adminOur employee development and training department is creating a customized solution to our search for self study tools for our employees. Each department has sent a representative to meet together in hopes of completion of this project by the end of the month. So far each manager has completed an assessment of each department. The will need to bring these results with them to the next meeting. They also plan on showing a video about a similar company in Japan showcasing the before and after scenes. So far there hasn’t been much cooperation among the employees as they are concerned about them cutting jobs.
