Electric Guitar is one of the essential tools needed in performing a band of music genres and without it, music is cordless. We might exclude other instruments but still they are made as one so it is safe to note that one can’t make a harmonywithout the other one rhyming the tune! In solo, we can infer that it can acosutically make a sound of its own, and yet we want something more than rhymes with the other, so they all form the band of instruments.
We might also consider the capability that a cheap electric guitar has, so buying these instruments is worth a penny from its sleek design to its light weight feature.

Learning to play the guitar has always been a dream of mine. Growing up in the generation I did, the electric guitar was the best! Come on now we have all done the “air guitar” in our bedroom. I have decided to start teaching myself how to play the guitar so I can play more than just the “air guitar” I have found a great music store in town to buy a second hand guitar and all types of teaching books, from basic hand positions to learning the cords. I have also found that on line you can find a variety of helpful items. Easy Guitar Tabs is one of my favorites, I can find any song I want to learn. It has been a great help in my new quest.

The weather has been so damn crappy lately that I just can’t even concentrae on anything. It’s so depressing. If you hate rain or even just cloudy days, you totally should not live in new england. It sucks, and with the recent time change, it’s even worse. Not only is the weather crappy lately, but now it’s a lot darker earlier. I got out of work at 5pm yesterday and it was already pitch black outside! I hate it. It just gets me so down. Like working in a grocery store wasn’t bad enough… The only thing I can ever really rely on to make me feel better is music. I love music and I listen to the best female group out there, I can always count on them to lift my spirits when I’m feeling bad. Thank god for talented people and great tunes!

I felt guilty for not visiting my grandfather. He lived in another state and had been widowed for a year. I worried that he was just too energetic to enjoy shuffleboard or other senior activities. I finally just hopped a plane and went to see him. The first thing I heard as I walked up to his house was the sound of a guitar. As I stepped in I saw Grandpa and an instructor who was giving him a blues guitar lesson. To my amazement, Gramps sounded good! All the time I had been worrying that he was bored or lonely, my grandfather had been hanging with musicians and learning to play the blues, which he had loved his whole life.

Last Friday night I drove to Las Vegas via Interstate 15. I live in Yorba Linda so the drive only takes me about four hours. By the time I got to Victorville I was getting a little hungry so I stopped at a McDonald’s to get a big Mac. While standing in line waiting to order I heard a couple of the girls in front of me talking about making gel candles. Out of curiosity I asked them exactly what these type of candles were. I ended up sitting down with them and talking with them for about half an hour on the subject.

My younger brother really wanted to learn how to play the guitar so that when our family went on our dedicated retreats, he could accompany us all as we sang our favorite hymns and spiritual tunes. We got on the net together, and we were lucky enough to find a really great program for worship guitar lessons, and these lessons were actually online videos that he could watch, allowing him to learn at his own pace, and also work around his school schedule. Needless to say, he is really enjoying his guitar lessons, and has already learned enough cords to do basic accompaniment to our songs of praise!

I am really diligent about giving recommendations for things I find on the Internet that I like or that I find to be useful, so I have a simple request. Are there any good guitar blogs out there? I have not done any searching for one yet. This is because I thought I might ask everyone else to see if I could get a recommendation. You know, word of mouth is the best way to find something. Or, at least that has been my experience. So, if anyone has any suggestions, they would be welcome. I am looking for something that has a lot of variety.
