When I go to the seafood counter or down the frozen food aisle at the supermarket, I’m just not sure about buying scallops. When I get them in a restaurant, I always enjoy them. It is such a struggle for me just to make it through each week sometimes. I can barely find the time in each day to get all of the items on my list crossed off.
