Our entire family grew up outside NY city in New Jersey. Newark has a pretty tough reputation but for our family was always happy there. My dad worked in the city in the garment district as a buyer. He got to meet all the top designers and bought stock in several of the major brands like Donna Karan. He was pretty famous in the fashion district. When he died last July we added up all his stocks and it can to over $4.2 million. That is when we decided to hire a New Jersey probate attorney to settle the estate for dad. The attorney did a great job and we all sold our shares in the designer stocks, but we still live in New Jersey.

When a family member is named in the will as a executor or personal representative of an estate most people think it is a ceremonial honor. But actually being named in a will as the executor is a tremendous responsibility and in fact, a legal obligation. If you are a Florida executor, I highly recommend that you hire a Florida probate attorney who is experienced in the state probate statutes and procedures. You definitely don’t want an attorney who spends most of his time on non probate related cases. Florida probate law is way too complicated. Get a Florida probate attorney and save yourself the legal hassle.

Snoop Station offer free basic searches of Rhode Island Public Records. Their user-friendly wizard will take you through each step in order to get the information that you need. There are hundreds of other services online, but very few offer the opportunity to access detailed records for free. This is certainly one advantage for Snoop Station. Not only do you have the chance of getting free information, but you can also access it in one place. This is better than having to search through tons of pages elsewhere in order to find the one database which gives you what you need.
