My husband spends a lot of time in the gym with my son. They love to exercise together. It has become a means of bonding for them. I also want to stay fit and have a great body, but I do not have the luxury of time to do so. I am very busy with office work. My husband suggested that we buy our own home gym. Well, my husband and son will be using it most of the time, but I can certainly use it when I have the time. At least I would not need to go somewhere else. I can immediately relax after exercising for a few minutes. It is actually a good idea. I wonder why I have never thought about it.
