I see what you are saying, so the six days from one leg workout to the next, won’t give your muscles time to sort of go in reverse? That is my worry. I run/walk 2.0 miles on the treadmill for 20 minutes varying back and forth from 4.0mph to 7.0mph on a incline of 3 first thing in the morning. Burns about 300 calories before I put anything in my body.
