Small Periods of Exercise
February 17th, 2010 . by adminExercising is something that I absolutely hate to do, yet it is the only way I know how to lose weight fast. In order to get in thirty minutes of daily exercise, I have decided to break it into three ten minute blocks. I get two twenty minute breaks at work every day so, during my breaks I walk down fifteen flights of stairs and back up again. That alone takes me ten minutes each time. I do that twice a day and then I only have to do ten minutes of exercise when I get home. After dinner, I get on the Wii with my kids and we do the step program. That takes up the last ten minutes and gets my kids going too. Working out together is great.
