There is nothing worse than trying to buy a house that you think is in good shape, only to find that it is a steaming pile of rubbish.There are so many junky houses in these home foreclosures now that most people would be better off not even looking at them because if you go inside they might actually fall down on your head. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating a little, but not that much.
