Can I Just Get Some Help?

I understand the basic parameters of how to do search engine optimizations, and even the different forums and tools that are used to make it happen. I have even looked at an article submission tool. The problem is that I just have a really hard time taking the time to put all the pieces together. What I would really like to do is arrange the pieces and then hand them to someone else who can take care of it for me. That would be my dream marketing plan.
