Is It Easy to Switch to A Charter School in Arizona?

Her friend, Meagan wanted Ashley to switch over to the Arizona Charter Schools. She told Ashley that she would like it a lot more than the public school system. She told Ashley about the size of the classes and how the teachers took time to listen to them. Ashley told Meagan that she was going to ask her mom and dad if she could switch over to the charter school.
