I guess it’s always a good thing when you need to expand your business, or in my case, practice. I have worked hard to build up a good patient list, but now I think I need to budget in pay for a dental assistant so that I can schedule in more patients in a day. More patients means more money, but I still  want to be able to offer excellent service and not keep people waiting excessively. A good dental assistant will easily pay for herself and be a big boost to the clinic as a whole. I guess I need to contact the nearest school and see how long it will be before they graduate another class.
